About me

I know the work behind the screen.

Working in finance and business aviation showed me how information moves between teams and how small delays affect the work. I start by understanding that flow before designing a tool around it.

I listen to the people who will use the system, take on design and development, and follow their feedback after launch. I also coordinate the work that needs to happen across agencies and vendors.
