The need: See who each support request is assigned to, how urgent it is and where it stands, in one place.

Real-time status tracking and charts
Technical approach: Supabase Auth and PostgreSQL RLS separate access for employees, technical agents, executives and administrators, while ticket status is tracked in real time.

AI-Assisted Business Card Scanning System

A scanning tool that reads business cards with OCR and AI, then turns them into structured customer data.

The need: Reduce the manual work of copying business card details into a data sheet.
Role: Product workflow, interface design and development
What it does: Server-side OCR
AI parsing into structured fields
Export to Google Sheets
Technical approach: Server-side PaddleOCR reads the image first. When the OCR result is sufficient, only the extracted text goes to Gemini; the structured fields are validated and can be sent to Google Sheets.
